I shoplift regularly. I cannot seem to stop myself. Mostly opportunistic, but mostly when I feel that I can make a clean getaway. I tend to take the toiletries that I will use, paperback novels, magazines, souvenirs, sometimes even things that I can use as gifts for friends. I was caught once for stealing 2 men's business shirts for my boyfriend (who is now my ex). I was taken to the police station in the back of a police car and interrogated. A coworker of mine started liking me and following me around. I kept telling him for months I wasn't interested. it took him a few months to get the hint. He started to date another coworker. A few months later, she got pregnant by him. Whenever she's not around he's always trying to be all up under me, but when she is around, he pretends he dosen't know me b/c she's the jealous type. I called him out on his phoniness, and embarrassed him in front of other coworkers. I have no problem with being friends, but I have no absolutely no patience for his games. I have several confessions, but this is the one that really weighs on my mind every single day of my life. The guilt is so overwhelming, that I may turn myself in. Several years ago, and friend and I committed Identity Theft. On several people, several times, over a period of 3 years. I would say at a guess that we deprived people of at least $10,000. The money aspect of the situation is one thing, but the thought of what I have done to these people is eating me up inside, so much that sometimes I feel as if I cannot live with myself any longer. I need to make ammends. I need to suffer the consequences for my actions, wether I like them or not, because it's what I deserve.
